Chapter 15: I Knew Brother Ling Kong is the Best:

Some of the Iceblade Crabs noticed Ling Kong and began climbing after him. Their legs were like ice picks, moving effortlessly.
However, the crabs were no match against the 9th stage Spirit Refinement Realm Ling Kong. He cut down any that came near and quickly reached the ice cave.
"Awoo?"
The Ice Phantom Wolf cub stood up, its beautiful icy blue eyes curiously observing Ling Kong.
"Want something tasty?" Ling Kong smiled, and tossed the crystal to the cub.
The cub sniffed the crystal before biting into it, crunching it with ease.
Crunch, crunch.
The crystal sounded crispy in its mouth, and the cub seemed to enjoy it.
After swallowing the crystal and its power, the cub let out a pleased whimper.
"Awoo, awoo, awoo..." It cried softly, clearly wanting more.
"I have plenty." Ling Kong said, approaching and picking up the cub. The little wolf, having enjoyed the treat, treated Ling Kong like its new guardian and stayed calm in his arms.
Holding the cub, Ling Kong leapt down. The surrounding Iceblade Crabs immediately turned their attention to him.
"Awoo!!!"
But the little wolf let out a fierce but cute howl, and the crabs halted and retreated, turning back into ice blocks at their original positions. This was the power of bloodline suppression—a 5th-tier beast, even as a cub, intimidated the first-tier Iceblade Crabs.
With the crabs retreating, everything calmed down.
Bai Feng and his companions, exhausted and drenched in sweat, looked at Ling Kong in awe.
As expected, Ling Kong was the most capable. If he had been with them, they wouldn't have struggled so much.
"It's finally over. I knew Brother Ling Kong was the best!" Xia Yuran clapped her hands, running toward Ling Kong.
She gazed at the Ice Phantom Wolf cub in his arms. "So cute!"
With shining eyes, she pouted at Ling Kong, "Since you were so sincere, Brother Ling Kong, I'll forgive you!"
She reached out her hand, assuming Ling Kong had retrieved the cub for her because she wanted it.
